Senior Embryologist

Daniel Graff, BS, TS, ELD

Daniel has been working as a Senior Embryologist in the IVF Laboratory for Virginia IVF and Andrology Center since its inception in 1998. He earned his BS degree in Biology from Old Dominion University and has over 20 years of IVF laboratory experience in embryology and andrology. In 1999 he became Board Certified as a Technical Supervisor in both embryology and andrology from the American Board of Bioanalysis. In 2005, Daniel became certified as an Embryology Laboratory Director through the American Board of Bioanalysis. Daniel's extensive knowledge and experience in the assisted reproductive technologies assures the highest quality of patient care at Virginia IVF and Andrology Center.

Senior Embryologist

Jeanine Cieslak-Janzen, BA, ELD/TS, MLT

Jeanine Cieslak Janzen is a graduate from DePaul University in Chicago .  She is a certified embryologist and has worked in the field of assisted reproductive technology for the last 27 years.  She has been certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician through the American Society of Clinical Pathologists since 1978.  Formerly from the Reproductive Genetics Institute in Chicago , she worked for 15 years in the field of preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD).  She has personally performed over 2000 cases for chromosomal abnormalities in preimplantation embryos and has coauthored numerous articles and book chapters specifically addressing PGD using advanced techniques such as fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH).  Jeanine's years of experience, including many years as a PGD Lab Manager make her an asset to our dedicated IVF team.
