The Shared IVF Success Program gives patients the peace of mind that they may have up to six IVF cycles, including frozen IVF cycles using embryos frozen during the program for one fee. The program fee also includes embryo cryopreservation and storage until the program ends. If a baby is not brought home by the end of the program, the fee is refunded in full. With a baby or money back guarantee, patients can relax and look forward to their new family. Upon your request, your physician will evaluate you for participation in the program.

• Patient visits, ultrasounds, and blood tests to monitor egg stimulation
• Egg retrieval, ultrasound-guided
• Sperm preparation
• Fertilization of eggs
• Culture of embryos
• Assisted hatching or blastocyst culture

Additional Costs Not Included in the Package Price:

• Anesthesia, per cycle - $ 400*
• Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) - $ 2,000
